Top Up is available at over 10,000 locations. Visit your nearest news agency and 7eleven and many other convenience stores.

Only a top up voucher is purchased, you will have to ring the free call line 1800 067162, located at the bottom of the voucher. This number will take you to a call centre where you nominate which country/number you want to send the credit to. Once you give the operator these details and the voucher number and top up amount being sent, customer care will top your nominated number up immediately. Alternatively, you go onto http://www.digicelrecharge.com and send the value of the top up to the nominated number yourself!

The receiver in Fiji receives a sms notification informing them they have received credit and who it has come from.

Currently, there is a double up promotion, whereby the receiver receives twice their credit if top up send on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Topping Up from New Zealand

- Purchase Digicel Top Up at any dairy, petrol station, The Warehouse, Countdown and Supervalue Supermarket. In the South Island Digicel Top Up is also available in any Pak N Save Supermarket.
- Phone number to call Digicel customer services is on the Top Up voucher.
- Choose option 2 to speak to a Digicel Customer Service
- Customer Service Representativewill take number in the Pacific for Top Up and they will ask for name of sender and contact phone number.
 
- Make sure confirms their details with CSR for the weekly Top Up draw.
- Weekly specials are posted on Digicel Top Up Facebook page.
