We know that you are always on the go, so we have made life easier for you so while you out and about, you can still stay connected to your office with Digi Modem. Digi Modem is the convenient and easy to use device that keeps you connected while you are on the move. With Digi Modem and three simple steps you are ONLINE, just turn on your computer, plug in your modem and press connect, life could never be simpler.

Plan and Rates

Digimodems are available from $99 for both prepaid and postpaid. Rates are VIP. Outside bundle rates are quoted per MB, but charged per KB.Silver, Gold, Platinum and Premium plans apply to postpaid customers only. 1000MB=1GB.

1. Direct Top Up

• Simply purchase the desired Top Up amount from a Digicel Direct Top Up seller and tell the cashier your Digimodem number.

2. Credit U

• Send credit from Digicel phone to Digimodem number anytime by simply typing *128*DigimodemNumber*Amount# and press Send. There is a charge of 10 cents for every Credit U message sent.

3. Flex Card

• Using Digimodem, click on the Message (icon) button and select New Message, enter the Flex Card PIN number and send it to 121.

Checking Prepaid Account Balance

Click on the Message button, select New Message and Send it to 120. You will receive a Text Message confirming your balance e.g. Your balance is FJD100.00.

Checking Your Digimodem Number

Click on the Message button, select New Message and Send it to 777. You will receive a Text Message with your number e.g. Your number is: 6797017766

Checking your Postpaid Digimodem Usage

Click on the Message button, select New Message and Send it to 120. You will receive a Text Message confirming your total unpaid usage (monthly fee + out of bundle charges) e.g. Your total usage is FJD200.00

Checking Your Postpaid Data Bundle Balance

Click on the Message button, select New Message and Send it to 130. You will receive a Text Message confirming your data bundle balance.
