Post Paid 3G
Setting up your 3G+ DigiModem is easy. Simply insert the SIM card into your 3G+ DigiModem and then plug it to your computers USB port and install the software.
When you first plug in your 3G+ DigiModem you will need to change the settings as per the instructions below.
- Click on Tools and select options
- Under Options select Profile Management
- In Profile Management select New and Enter:
- Profile Name e.g. Digicel 3G+
- Enter the APN 3G.digicelpacific.com
- Authentication Access Number *999# then select Save and OK

Topping Up Your PrePaid Account.
If you are a 3G+ DigiModem PrePaid user, you can Top Up your account by using the following:
1. Direct Top Up
Click on the Message (icon) button on the 3G+ DigiModem dashboard and select “New Message” enter the Flex Card PIN number and send it to 121.
4. Online Top Up
Visit www.digicelfiji.com at any time to Top Up using your credit card. Select the Online Top Up bubble on the left hand side and follow the steps to Login or Sign Up for a new account. You will receive an email confirmation of your Top Up.
Click on the Message button, select New Message and Send it to 120. You will receive a Text Message confirming your balance e.g. Your balance is 100FJD.
Checking Your 3G+ Modem Number
Click on the Message button, select New Message and Send it to 777. You will receive a Text Message with your number e.g. Your number is: 678777 7777
Checking Your PostPaid 3G+ DigiModem Usage.
Click on the Message button, Select New Message and Send it to 120. You will receive a text message confirming your total unpaid usage (Monthly fee + out of bundle charges) e.g. your total usage is 200FJD.
Checking Your PostPaid Data Bundle Balance.
Click on the Message button, Select New Message and Send it to 130. You will receive a text message confirming your data bundle balance.
Buying A Bundle.
To buy a bundle simply click on the message button and send "DATA" to the short code of the bundle you wish to purchase. Your credit balance will be debited by the price of the package and you will receive your package of data to use. You can check the data you have left on your package by sending an SMS to 130. Your data bundles expiry date is determined by the plan you choose.
