Fiji today proudly sponsors the Lelean Memorial School under 18 rugby team for
the fourth time. First sponsored by Digicel Fiji in 2008, this year the team
also looks forward to a New Zealand tour after the Deans Finals.

School Marketing and Team Manager Filipe Senibua says, “Lelean is proud to have
Digicel as major sponsors for the team.” He said that within the three years of
this partnership, the team has been greatly encouraged and inspired to
successfully win the Deans Trophy for three consecutive years and for this
Lelean Under 18 rugby team is truly thankful. He also said that the team is
pleased to be Digicel brand ambassadors for their upcoming NZ tour.
Digicel
is donating $4,000 worth of sponsorship this year for the Under 18 team. This
will be directed towards the purchase of a unique full set of Rugby World Cup
Adidas branded uniform for each player.
The
Deans Trophy is Fiji Secondary School Rugby Union’s premier event that continues
to attract thousands of fans and Lelean’s Under 18 team is enthusiastic towards
a fourth win this year given their proven track record of high performance.
