Digicel and Water Authority of Fiji announce advanced testing for customers to use Digicel Mobile Money for water bill payments
Thursday, 14th October, 2010 Fiji: Digicel Fiji has today announced that its Digicel Mobile Money customers will soon be able to use the service to pay their Water Authority of Fiji bills.
Designed to help customers access basic financial services such as top-up money transfer this new partnership with the Water Authority of Fiji will mean Digicel Mobile Money customers are able to pay their bills 24/7 using their Digicel Mobile phone.
Digicel Mobile Money was launched in July this year and since then has grown with majority of the Digicel customer base having signed up for the service.
Customers can deposit and withdraw money at Digicel stores, select Post Fiji outlets and all Westpac branches throughout Fiji.

· Activate your Digicel Mobile Money wallet by dialing *888# on your Digicel handset
· Simple, secure mobile to mobile money transfers
· Cash lodgment and withdrawals at selected Digicel and Post Fiji outlets nationwide, and will be available in Westpac branches nationwide in the coming days. Over 100 outlets will soon be available.
· The ability to instantly buy and send Top Up
· Pay Digicel post-paid bills
· Check balance and transaction history and manage security password
