August, 2011 Fiji: Digicel Fiji today proudly announces sponsorship of
$15,000 for the Coral Coast Sevens tournament in November.
Digicel Fiji CEO David Bulter says: “We are very pleased to extend our
association to the Coral Coast 7s Event Company for this year’s Coral Coast 7s.
The event has been endorsed by the Fiji Rugby Union and has grown and showcased
potentials for the national jersey. It’s even produced some of the current
national reps for Fiji National Teams. Digicel is extremely delighted to
present $15,000 as sponsorship support towards the Coral Coast Sevens.”
There
are 60 rugby matches in total with affordable admissions for entry. The event
this year celebrates its second anniversary and will see approximately 24 teams
and thousands of enthusiastic men, women and children on the 18th
and 19th of November at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka.
